Payment schedule, Cancellations and Refunds :
If a reservation has to be cancelled, guests will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
a.5h>Booking :A 10% of total trip cost is due upon booking. If a guest cancels their booking, a refund of 4% of total trip cost will be honored to the guest.
b.
First Installment:In addition to the 10% booking fee, an additional 40% of the total trip cost is due 123 days prior to the trip commencement date. If a guest cancels between 123 and 90 days prior to the trip, a refund of 40% of all paid fees to date will be refunded to the guest or transferred to a future GPG inc. trip at the discretion of the guest. If a cancellation occurs within less than 90 days of the trip commencement, there is no refund to the guest.
c.
Second and final Installment:The remaining 50% of the trip cost is due 60 days prior to the trip commencement. If a cancellation occurs within less than 60 days of the trip commencement, there is no refund to the guest.
Booking Procedure :
A booking is confirmed and these Terms shall apply when Go Pacific Golf Inc., or an authorized agent acting on Go Pacific Golf Inc.’s behalf, have received the applicable deposit from the Client and the Client has received written confirmation from Go Pacific Golf Inc. of such booking. The Client confirming the booking must be no less than 18 years of age and agrees to provide full, complete and accurate information as requested by Go Pacific Golf Inc. to confirm such booking. Any Client confirming a booking with more than one Client named and booked on such booking represents and warrants to Go Pacific Golf Inc. that:a.
They have all requisite consents and authority to make such booking on behalf of all other Clients named on the booking, and have communicated all necessary information to the other Clients in order for them to give free and fully informed authorization to do so;
b.
The information that they are providing regarding all clients is complete and accurate, and they have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to share such information with Go Pacific Golf Inc. for the purposes of completing the booking; and
c.
They will inform all other named Clients on the relevant booking of the applicability of these Terms to the booking and the Clients’ relationship with Go Pacific Golf Inc.
Trip Cancellation by a guest ( refund procedure):
In order to request to withdraw from a Go Pacific Golf Tour, your request must be sent to info@gopacificgolf.com via email and we at Go Pacific Golf Inc. must receive and then confirm a response to your request within 3 days. The date of the request will be noted as the date that the email was sent. A refund will be issued within 2 weeks of the date of receiving your withdrawal letter.
Trip Cancellation by Go Pacific Golf Inc :
Go Pacific Golf Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any vacation departure for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure. If a vacation is canceled prior to departure, Go Pacific Golf’s responsibility will be to refund in full, the amount received for the reservation.
Go Pacific Golf Inc. reserves the right to remove a guest from a tour for any reason with no refund. 2 examples, but not limited to these examples are:
1) If the behavior and actions of a guest compromise the safety of that guest, other guests, staff and passersby.
2) If the guest is not abiding by all laws applicable in the state or province in question, and by all regulations at the facilities visited by the tour.
Currencies :
All pricing is quoted in Canadian Dollars except where indicated otherwise. Go Pacific Golf Inc.’s guests can pay in the currency of their choice but will be responsible for the currency exchange fees. Please note that the exchange to foreign currencies is be determined by the guests’ credit card company at the time of transaction. In addition, there is a cross border fee for both parties.
